AXELERA

A chemistry-environmental competitive cluster in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, AXELERA is the focal point of the chemistry and eco-industry sector for a sustainable society. It supports, in France and internationally, the development and innovation of stakeholders involved in the controlled management of material and environmental resources, for sustainable development in the regions of France. At the end of 2018, AXELERA had a network of 370 members – all key players in industry, in addition to research and training in chemistry and environmental studies, on 5 strategic points: renewable raw materials, eco-efficient factories, materials and products for different industrial sectors, waste recovery and by-products, preservation and restoration of natural resources and 3 cross-cutting issues: eco-design, circularity and digital.
