Axel’One hosts collaborative projects bringing together academic stakeholders, large industrial groups and SMEs. They can benefit from European funding (Horizon Europe), French state funding (such as ANR, FUI, PSPC, ADEME, i-démo) and or from the Region and the Metropolis of Lyon. Some projects just use private (B2B) financing.
The Competitiveness Divisions grant quality labels to the collaborative projects they have actively supported.
Currently, about 40 collaborative projects are being developed, on the Axel’One site, working on 3 strategic points: processes and divided solids, advanced materials and Smart processes. The projects are based on the 3 Axel’One sites: Axel’One Campus, Axel’One PMI and Axel’One PPI.
For reasons of confidentiality, the platform only communicates public information about collaborative projects with public funding. Some projects between laboratories and companies are also mentioned with the agreement of both parties.
