Axel’One has a fleet of fully instrumented small pilot plants for online analysis, including a digital loop to facilitate data acquisition and processing. Depending on the type of reaction and desired process, all of these reactors are designed for online monitoring of the reaction medium, with real-time acquisition from the various installed analyzers.
Each pilot has been selected or custom-designed based on the chosen medium (liquid, gas, viscous polymers, divided solids). The synthesis reactors or autoclaves operate either in batch or continuous mode and are equipped to work, among other things, in the presence of organic solvents, CMR-classified products, or corrosive substances.
